in the 1970s, ide hintze distributed some 1.2 million memotexts (“zettel”) all over vienna, austria, germany and switzerland: pieces of paper on which were written poems, notes and thoughts ... including this multi-lingual exercise dating from 1974 (published in: christian ide hintze: zettelalbum. michael schönemann verlag, kisslegg im allgäu 1978). this online game is open until the end of the year, in memory of ide hintze, who had planned to make it part of the events for the 20th anniversary of the vienna school of poetry. everybody who is interested is welcome to join in, all you need to do is register and log-in.
